How to Keep Your Army When Inactive?

When you are about to leave the game, just before logging out, you could send all of your troops away from your castles on a Patrol march. Be careful when calculating the coordinates you are sending your army to. The time necessary for your army to reach its destination and return back to the castle should be approximately equal to the time you are going to be away.
